COVID-19 Restrictions

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we will require the following:

Proof of double vaccination required to participate.

If you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend the premises.

Fitted face masks must be worn by all participants at all times.

Everyone will need to sanitise their hands upon entry and throughout the game.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking. Participants will not be able to enter the premises until the entire group has arrived.

You must complete our participation form including contact tracing to participate.

How do I book and pay for a room?

Please click on the booking tab above and follow the easy steps to complete a booking. Full payment is required upon booking.

Are there different difficulty levels?

Different difficulty levels can be created through the use of hints and clues. If you wish for it to be a bit easier we can help you out when we notice you are stuck or if you want a real challenge you can ask for no clues at all.

Am I actually locked in a room?

Safety is our first concern so at no time will you be actually locked in a room. The entrance door will always open so that you can leave if you need to.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of 2 hour parking out the front of us on Shepperd Street and the Big W car park just around the corner!

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are available for purchase through our booking system. Gift vouchers are available to purchase for 2 person, 3 person, 4 person, 5 person or 6 person experiences as well as single $40 vouchers. Participants will be able to add more people to an experience upon booking if they need to. Vouchers do not have an expiry. Vouchers for three, four, five or six persons cannot be reimbursed for the remaining value should fewer people attend. Vouchers can not be cancelled or redeemed for cash or credit

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Please contact us either via phone or email us at play@escapadepuzzle.com.au. Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund however cancellations inside 48 hours of the scheduled start time will not receive any refund. If the operator cancels the booking for any reason a full refund will be provided to the customer.

Is it possible to book in for special events or corporate team building?

If you wish to book Escapade for a special event or corporate team building where you will be booking more than one session please contact play@escapadepuzzle.com.au and we can provide you with options and possibilities around this.

Is there an age limit?

Escapade is for people aged 12+ however an adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18.

Are there any health conditions that will stop me from playing?

The aim of our game is to get your heart racing and create an intense atmosphere. Having said that there is absolutely no physical strength required at all. If you have any concerns regarding any health issues you may have please email us at play@escapadepuzzle.com.au and we will help you with any queries you may have.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking.

What if I am late?

If you are late your session will be reduced by the amount of time you are late. For example if you are 10 minutes late you will only be allocated 50 minutes to complete the room. This allows us to keep to our tight schedule so that other teams will not be starting later. If you are any more than 30 minutes late then your session will be deemed a no-show and there will be no refund.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself, friends, family or whoever else is participating in the experience with you and a great attitude.

Will I need physical strength?

Nothing in the room will require any form of heavy lifting, pushing or exercise (except your brain). If you can’t move it without exerting any force then it is not meant to be moved.

Can we take photos?

Photos and recordings are not allowed inside the experience.

Is there secure storage?

Secure storage is available to place your belongings in if you need to do so.

Can we bring food and drinks?

No food and drinks are allowed inside the experience at any time.

Can I book outside of the available hours?

If you wish to book a time that is outside of the offered hours please contact play@escapadepuzzle.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
